The installation also included two 800-litre water storage tanks, full ventilation systems, lift integrations, and Guardian safety systems throughout the building. Particular attention was given to resident safety and accessibility, with specialist features such as anti-ligature shower fittings and carefully coordinated MEP services designed specifically for an assisted living environment.
